3 bed 2.5 bath Townhome: Starting at $895.00  per month

All rents include water/trash/lawn care. Our townhomes are all electric, so that would be the only thing you would need to pay for except home phone if you had it.

Application Fees

$30 per applicant. Any prospective resident to be an occupant must complete an application.

Pet Deposit Fee

A one-time pet fee of $200 is required and $25 per pet per month pet rent. No animals over 25 pounds will be accepted. Maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breeds that may be prone to aggressive behavior are not allowed at The Woods. Please ask if clarification is needed. We will require a "Pet Interview" as well as a photograph of your pet at move in.

Lease Terms

• 3 month lease or less– add $100 to lease amount
• 6 month lease- add $50 to lease amount
• 9 month lease – add $25 to lease amount
• 12 month lease – see above pricing

Additional Options

• $25 per month for use of resort style heated pool
• $35 per month washer/dryer rental
